Stirling Puppy Farm

I was shocked and upset to read the press reports from Stirling Sherriff Court regarding the conditions found when vets and council officials visited Woodside Farm, Touch just outside Stirling.

“More than 30 dogs were found in cramped, filthy cages”

Officials found “shovelfuls” of rat droppings, food infested with bluebottle larve, a disconnected freezer full of decaying offal”

We all too often read of the horrors to be found in puppy farms but am shocked to find this has been going on in the local area.
